Join Mary Alexandra for a scheduled or private Rainstick workshop, where you will craft your own rainstick to use in meditation, sound therapy, or your own music endeavors. 

Together we will open up a heart space to let our creativity lead us to deep truth, presence, focus, intuitive expression, and divine guidance and connection. We will plant intentional seeds that will be watered and nurtured by the holy waters of life that come up from ground within and beneath us to purify our selves. Through clarifying our intentions and visions, we will be able to effortlessly wash away all that is not in alignment with this new vibration. 

Day 1:
- Opening ceremony with prayer, meditation, breath work, & vocal toning
- Intention setting 
- Crafting of prepared bamboo rainstick 
- Sound activations by Mary 
- Lunch and tea

Day 2
- Closing ceremony to send off your intention through your rain stick, voice, and body

Through different breath, intuitive movement, visualization and vocal techniques, you will remember how to purify yourself, reclaim your power, and step into the version of yourself that your heart desires, creating a life of freedom, authenticity, deep trust, joy, peace, pleasure, and abundance.

Come relax and dive deep into your true nature, one of unconditional love, safety, security, peace, joy, harmony, health, & abundance. Here we can land in the present moment, where we get to masterfully create our lives and receive the keys unique to your own expansion. 

The journey will consist of vocals & light language that take your consciousness higher, & 24" full moon planetary gong, shruti box, drum, rattles, bells, kochi chimes, & harmonica that create deep grounding, creating a balance where you are able to rest in your heart.

We will open with a prayer, light breath work guided meditation, an hour of sound, 10 minute silent integration, and a sharing circle with fruits
