I’ve been working with Fabrice for about 7 months and I can’t begin to tell you how healing this experience has been 🥹<br><br>He’s been able to relate, empathize with and help me communicate through challenges ranging from unemployment and mommy issues to miscommunication with my partner and friend breakups<br><br>He’s been a safe space to cry while also providing lightness and humor as we navigate difficult topics together<br><br>I feel so much more happy and empowered to live the life I want to live and be the person I’d like to be going into 2026 thanks to our work together

For Real Therapy has been a revelation for me. Before FRT, my therapists were pretty straightforward, and that’s all i really thought was possible - you sit and talk and that’s as far as it goes. When i started seeing Fabrice, many years ago now, a new world opened up; our sessions would weave in culture, hip hop, resistance, mass media, art, poetry, humor, philosophy, and more in a mystical tapestry, creating fresh and vibrant space to explore the context for my feelings and beliefs and get creative about how to really see myself and others. Fabrice helped me form a stronger bond with my wife, transition to fatherhood, and persevere through dark times. I know i am never stuck because Fabrice always helps me take new angles, find laughter, and get a bit more funky with it. I just wish more people could have this experience.

This is long overdue but needed to share my experience with my lovely therapist. I started seeing Christie during one of the hardest times of my life — my divorce — and I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through without her. She held space for every messy, painful, confusing emotion I brought into the room and never made me feel judged or rushed.<br>What stood out most was her ability to balance compassion with clarity. She helped me rediscover my strength, set boundaries, and process both the loss and the growth that came with this huge life change.<br>Because of her, I’ve learned how to trust myself again and move forward with more peace than I thought possible. If you’re going through a major transition or heartbreak, I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She truly changed my life.
