(3A) APPOINTMENT LETTER



The Faculty will email an official appointment letter issued by the University. Appointment letter should be issued before the commencement of the module.

INSTRUCTION (STEP 3A)

(3B) TEACHING PERMIT APPLICATION

STEP 3B IS FOR PT WITHOUT TEACHING PERMIT.

The PT must possess a valid Teaching Permit. If you do not have one, please apply through EIPTS. All associated fees will be the responsibility of the PT. For Malaysians, the Teaching Permit is valid for a lifetime.

For applications still pending EIPTS approval, please provide the payment receipt as proof that the teaching permit application has been submitted.

UPLOAD COMPLETED TEACHING PERMIT (IF NOT UPLOADED IN STEP 2)

The PT should conduct the class as instructed. Please ensure you update your course coordinator on daily attendance. All Course Coordinators must create a WhatsApp group for each module.

The Faculty Admin staff will email the claim form. Please fill in accordace to the List of PT and Modules and return to the Admin staff before the cut-off date of each month.

CLAIM FORM

Admin will proceed with applying the claims to TM Finance on the same cut-off date. It will take approximately 2 weeks for them to approve the claim.
