Question 1

Who is ESN MoRe?

Accepted Answer

ESN MoRe is the Erasmus Student Network in Modena & Reggio Emilia. We are student volunteers (not paid staff). Fees and event payments go to the association, not to volunteers — and volunteers cannot access the bank account. UniMoRe support helps keep trips and events more affordable.

Question 2

How do I join and get an ESNcard?

Accepted Answer

1) Register on Jupiter: https://jupiter.esn.it/registration/more 2) Visit an office with a clear ID-style photo and pay the membership fee (€15) 3) After you have the card, join the official WhatsApp Community (invite via office / Linktree).

Question 3

When are the offices open?

Accepted Answer

Hours change every week because we are volunteers. Check the office maps on this Linktree and Instagram stories — don’t trust an old screenshot. (The WhatsApp Office channel is available once you have your ESNcard.)

Question 4

Do I need an ESNcard for events and WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Events: for insurance reasons you cannot take part without a valid ESNcard — get the card at the office first, then register/pay via official event links. WhatsApp: for privacy reasons we only add people who already have an ESNcard. After office registration you get the official Community invite (Events / Office / Rooms & Apartments / Carsharing). English is fine. Do not use random invite links.

Question 5

How do I get international discounts (e.g. Ryanair)?

Accepted Answer

Register your ESNcard on https://esncard.org to unlock international partner discounts (including Ryanair when available). Create a new account there — it is not the same as Jupiter — and do not use your university / institutional email. Use a personal email instead. Then add your ESNcard number as instructed on the site / Linktree “Register your ESNcard” item.
