I’ve been a loyal customer of Ehrunburg Homes, having owned two of their properties over the years. My first home, built around 2014, was outstanding — solid build quality, attention to detail, and a truly positive experience. We recently bought our home from Ehrenburg and very happy about the purchase.
Some details were addressed so thoughfully and finished with a great quality.
Also the walk-through was a detailed one explained everything perfectly.
Things to improve:
It's good if the communication is somewhat improved than this, when a request/ticket raised through Omnee it's good if the customer care team can send an acknowledgement email other than the auto generated one.

Last but not least, very happy about Bonnie C's support throughout the buying process and she was very responsive.

My experience with Ehrenburg has been very positive. I purchased a new build in Rosewood, and have valued their professionalism and attentiveness. Bonnie and Mark did a walk through before I moved in and provided me with so much information regarding the mechanical and maintenance aspects in the home. I really appreciated this and have a high regard for the customer service they provided to me.

We had Darius and Mark come for 3 days at the start of April for our one year warranty. They did an absolutely amazing job and we could tell they have an amazing attention to detail. They are great at what they do and the repairs were completed so well:)
