Maeve is an excellent yoga teacher. She always brings novel approaches to the practice and I come away from each class feeling invigorated. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my yoga class with Maeve, I live for Mondays at 6.15, shes so welcoming to everyone, I also love the beach yoga classes(when I get the chance!)

Surf & Soul: Yoga & Surf Day Banna with Maeve and Jason was very impressive. I had never been on a surfboard before, but the supportive group gave me the courage I needed. Jason and Maeve was attentive to everyone, teaching us how to properly get on the board and catch a wave. This was followed by tea. The yoga was amazing, with a lot of stretching exercises and meditation on the ocean shore, with the waves crashing – can you ask for more? Yes, you can! After that, we had a wonderful treat – homemade food, and even the sweets were homemade. This is definitely worth trying – you’ll meet new people, be motivated to spend more time in nature, and perhaps even buy a board and start surfing. Highly recommend!

I enjoy coming to classes because Maeve is not only so knowledgeable in what she does but she's so patient and kind. She organizes some nice interesting classes as well as special seasonal ones and she's just a breath of fresh air. I always feel better leaving her yoga/Pilates class 😊

I would highly recommend ebb and flow yoga. It has helped me so much. I am in memopause and have osteoporosis before doing classes with maeve. I could not even bend to tie my shoes. I have got much stronger, balance is incredibly better. You body mind is so relaxed leaving class.Thanks to maeve.
