The Adventures Of The Misfits

The Adventures Of The MisfitsDarryl C Massie SrPaperbackSummer was supposed to mean freedom. Instead, it became a fight to survive. When four ordinary teens suddenly develop extraordinary abilities, they become the targets of a ruthless organization determined to capture them. Hunted across the country and bound together by powers they barely understand, they soon discover they’re connected by more than chance. The answers lie in a series of secret experiments hidden for years and in the only person who knows the truth behind what they are. But the agents aren’t the only mystery hunting them. Rumors speak of someone far more powerful than any of them a figure whispered about like a myth, impossible to find… if he even exists. As trust is tested and loyalties begin to crack, the teens must learn to control powers capable of saving lives or destroying them. Because if they’re caught before they uncover the truth, they won’t just lose their freedom. This summer won’t end with memories. It will end with answers… or with them.
