I was searching around for a lymphatic massage after giving birth because my stretch marks weren’t fading even after 9 weeks and I just felt like my body needed help… not just time. From my very first consultation with Vannessa at Celestial Spa DC, I knew I was in the right place. She really listens. Like actually hears you. She immediately understood my concerns and was so quick to adjust based on my feedback after our first session. And can we talk about how thoughtful she is? She always walks me through what she’s doing, what’s happening in my body, and even lets me know if she ever needs to step out. That level of care and respect made me feel so safe and taken care of, especially postpartum. After my first session, I was SOLD. Two days later, my body did a full reset… like everything that was backed up just left the building. I was shook in the best way. I ended up getting a package of 10 detox sessions and I’ve now completed 8, and the results are real. My stretch marks have improved so much, my stomach feels tighter, more elastic, less loose… and even my neck hump and stubborn tech neck/shoulders look slimmer. Honestly? Better than Botox in my opinion. But beyond the results, Vannessa is just one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met in a treatment setting. She goes above and beyond every single time to make sure my needs, my pain points, everything is addressed and supported with real solutions. She truly has honed her craft and is passionate about what she does, and that’s so rare in this day and age. If you’re even thinking about lymphatic massage, don’t overthink it. Where do I start?! Walking in for my consult with Vanessa has been the best decision I've made for myself! Today, I have finished my last session for my lymphatic drainage massage package, and let me tell you it has done such beautiful work on my body! I am beyond pleased with Vanessa and all the services (neck release, diaphragm release, sweat suit) she's provided in the past month! Her hands definitely are healing hands. I highly recommend her! All you have to do is listen to all her recommendations and follow through! I've falling in love with my body for the first time! All because of Vanessa!
