Congratulations to Bridge Hospice for 5 years being the Best of the West Hospice in Lubbock, Texas! Tammie Ware is the most caring and compassionate person— exactly what you need in this kind of business. She has the perfect staff that cares just as much and shows it through their hard work— physically and emotionally. This office cares about the entire family all the way down to the four legged babies. I have personally met a number of these four legged babies that the former owners were not able to care for and have become distraught over what was going to happen to them. They really had no worries for Tammie has taken them in and found beautiful caring homes for them. She has actually kept a few. In my line of work we often have clients in need of hospice care. We proudly recommend Bridge Hospice for we know the family will be well taken care of in their time of need. Bridge Hospice treats you like family!

Bridge Hospice of Lubbock is absolutely wonderful. My husband was well taken care of and was listened to on every aspect of his care. I appreciate that when he said he wanted to go a certain direction, Bridge made it happen. His nurse Shelby was phenomenal. She learned how to serve Craig in the best way possible. He was not always pleasant but he always loved when Shelby came to assess him. She was professional and remained kind and respectful to the very end. She is an excellent communicator and is a true asset to Bridge. When his death occurred, Bridge made it very easy on our family. The nurse who came to the house and pronounced Craig dead was so helpful. She did all of the things that needed to be done while constantly considering the needs of his family. Bridge made the end of Craig’s life as easy and comfortable as possible. From the moment they were consulted until the moment he died, he knew he was getting the very best care possible. Thank you Bridge for the care you provided for my husband.

Bridge Hospice in Lubbock, TX is truly exceptional. The hearts and compassion of the staff are beyond amazing-they treat patients and families with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect during an incredibly difficult time. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and cared for. Their communication was excellent and consistent. They kept us informed, answered every question with patience, and always made us feel heard and reassured. Knowing our loved one was in such capable and compassionate hands brought us so much comfort. I am deeply grateful for Bridge Hospice and highly recommend them to anyone in need of Hospice care.
