Fantastic customer service from Start to finish. I used their in house design team who sent me multiple mood boards with amazing ideas. I had four bathrooms to tile and every single one has Baked Tiles. They went to an extra effort to ship it to me, soucing a longer palette. All the tiles arrived in a timely manner, in perfect condition and were absoloutely gorgeous. The quality is outstanding and I get so many compliments on the design. The team are super friendly and helpful, I recommend them to anyone I meet who mentions they need tiles!

Fantastic tile company, with the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Been searching for the perfect tile for my new kitchen for a while and I am delighted with these. Thank you baked tile company, I now have my dream kitchen finished.

The tiles are an excellent quality and the team are amazing too. The customer service I’ve received from the Baked Tiles team has been absolutely exceptional - right from the initial design enquiry, through to ordering, delivery, and after-sales support. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent service, quality products and an interesting range of designs. I definitely recommend this company above the larger scale ones. And I love my new tiles!
