I hired Audra and her team to sell my house and wanted to share how wonderful of an experience their service was from start to finish. In our first meeting, Audra brought several key members of her team, which I really appreciated. They came prepared to discuss my home and described in detail what they would do to market and sell my home. Everything was upfront and transparent. I had interviewed a few other agents, but ultimately signed on with Audra. She hit the ground running, getting my home beautifully staged, hiring a professional photographer and videographer to showcase my home, printing stunning brochures, and taking care of so many other details. Although these are things any good agent would do (or claims will do), two things made Audra stand out to me. First, her tireless devotion to quality at every level and in every detail. And second, how incredibly far beyond the scope of duty she and her team contributed. Honestly, I don't know when she sleeps! She truly loves what she does and it shows. Couple all of these things with Audra's wealth of real estate knowledge and you have the making for a truly wonderful real estate agency experience. In short, Audra and her team are, in my opinion, the benchmark of what a great real estate agency should be. If I had the opportunity to work with her again, I would hire Audra again in a heartbeat.

If you are looking to sell your home, or buy, you should read this and then choose Audra!  First, I have been a Real Estate Mortgage Broker for 30 years and have worked with a ton of great Realtors.  My wife and I chose Audra because she started the process with information, no pressure, constant updates, suggestions, ideas and did I say, no pressure!  In a difficult market and price point, she delivered on EVERY promise!  She is knowledgeable, provides great tips and ideas but left the final decisions to us. When we received a few offers early, she wasn't convinced the buyer could perform or that their offer was a good one. She always told us it was our decision, but she provided the wisdom and insight to make a great decision.  She showed up for over 40 showings, communicated often and delivered on her promise.  She sold our home in 30 days, worked great with the Buyer's and their agent and we are now RAVING FANS!  The buyer's agent even made a comment that said Audra is one of the best agents he has ever completed a transaction with and although she had our interest first as a seller, they worked well together to make it a successful closing.! Audra Lambert is one of the best Real Estate agents I have ever worked with in 30 years.  She has now become a friend and I can't wait to refer my friends and clients to her!
