By booking with Ash Bravery, you agree to the following:
All deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment time. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior communication will result in 100% of the total service fee being payable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment incur a 50% charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to one (1) rescheduled appointment only; further changes will forfeit the deposit. Late arrivals do not extend session time and may be treated as a no-show. Failure to pay for services attended, or fees associated with missed or unattended appts ,will result in the outstanding balance being referred to a debt collection agency. Any recovery costs may be added to the balance. Services provided are holistic and complementary in nature and do not replace medical, psychological, or professional advice. Clients remain fully responsible for their participation.
