Mezza is always my go-to spot for delicious food! 😍 The quality of the food is consistently perfect, no matter how early or late you visit. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the vibes are absolutely immaculate. ✨ It’s also a very family-friendly place where you always feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely one of my favourite places to eat — always a great experience!

I decided to visit this restaurant based on its positive reviews, hoping we would have a similarly enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed. The atmosphere and service: To begin with, the building was extremely cold, with cold air blowing down from above us. We were left waiting for a long time before anyone came to take our order, and I eventually had to get up and approach a staff member myself to let them know we were ready. When our drinks arrived, one of the bottled Ice lemon drinks appeared to be missing its contents from the top section of the bottle. I raised this with the staff, and they did bring us a replacement. The food: The mains tasted nice, but unfortunately, they were cold. This was particularly disappointing, as the temperature really let the food down. Customer service: The staff were also lacking in friendliness and warmth. There were no smiles or welcoming gestures, which made the overall experience feel rather impersonal. When we mentioned that the food was not warm enough, the staff member did not acknowledge our concern or offer an apology. Instead, he changed the subject and asked, “Are you local?” There was no attempt to address the issue or make things right. Desserts: Thankfully, the desserts were enjoyable and were one of the highlights of our visit. Considering how much money we spent, the overall experience was a major let-down. The aesthetics of the restaurant and the desserts were the best aspects of our visit, but these alone were not enough to make up for the cold food, uncomfortable temperature and disappointing service. Having visited other restaurants such as Classic Persian and Azizam, I would personally rate both as much better experiences. Overall, we had high expectations based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, the restaurant did not live up to them. I left feeling that the experience was not worth the money spent.

Food and service is always outstanding here. Menu is so varied with something to meet everyone's tastes. Staff are friendly and helpful, big up to them. And best of all, a Bradford restaurant that takes card payments ! You can split the bill too per person. There's also an discount for NHS staff with a valid blue light card. Parking is tight but there usually space on Summerville Rd. Overall, definitely recommend.
