Alifiya Unwala(M.A. Psychology) – Uses CBT and Transactional Analysis to help young adults manage anxiety, stress, grief & depression.

Humera Toofani (M.A. Psychology) – Works across age groups to support with anxiety, depression & stress through a gentle, trauma-informed lens.

Khatija Jabari (M.A. Psychology) – Works across ages to help manage anxiety, depression & life stressors with compassion.

Therapy with us is a space that’s warm, curious, and completely yours. From the first session, we focus on understanding you, your story, pace, and needs. Together, we explore what’s been feeling heavy, uncover patterns, and build ways to cope that feel authentic and sustainable.

We support you by listening without judgment, offering gentle reflections, and helping you connect with your own insight and strengths. Whether it’s through talk, creative expression, or practical tools, we walk alongside you as you make sense of your emotions, experiences, and choices.

Our process isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about meeting you, as you are, and helping you rediscover safety, clarity, and self-trust.

What therapy with us looks like!

We are not a crisis service. However, if you are in immediate distress, we will try to accommodate you as quickly as possible and also guide you to emergency resources.

Q: How do I book a session?
Ans: You can book a session contacting us directly through our WhatsApp or Instagram DM. One of our therapist’s will reach out to you and will schedule an introductory call of 15/20mins free of charge

Q: Where do the sessions take place?
Ans: Sessions are held online via Google Meet or Zoom or offline at our clinic, based on your comfort

Q: How much do the sessions cost?
Ans: Our charges vary depending on the therapist and session type. We offer a sliding scale from 1000 to 1500 INR

Q:  Is everything I share confidential?
Ans: Yes. Therapy sessions are 100% confidential. Nothing you share leaves the therapy room unless required by law or in cases of safety concerns

Q: What kind of concerns can I bring to therapy?
Ans: You can bring whatever feels important, this space is for you!
