Valley restoration was great to work with on the mold remediation in the place we’re renting. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Jason kept us posted on the progress and made sure we were informed about and comfortable with the plan. Highly recommend!

Valley Restoration was absolutely amazing to work with during a really stressful situation. They were professional, clean, and communicative throughout the entire process. Jason specifically was the absolute best to work with. He was extremely detail-oriented, responsive, and made everything so easy to navigate. He truly respected my home and made sure everything stayed as clean as possible while also making sure the job was done 100% right. He answered all of my questions at any time and made this whole situation much more bearable. Even with such a crappy circumstance, he made the whole experience much less overwhelming and made sure everything was fully taken care of. Hopefully I never need restoration services again (no offense 😂), but if I ever do, I would absolutely call Valley Restoration again because of how well Jason handled my situation.

I've needed to work with several restoration companies in the Valley over the last few years. Safe to say that most people never expect to or are looking forward to working with a restoration company because that generally means that something has gone wrong in your home, which can be incredibly upsetting, unsettling and disruptive. Based on my previous experience with other restoration companies, I was was worried that I'd be left in the dark or with more questions than answers. Fortunately, and in spite of the fact that the issue was extremely complex, I was met with the most professional, thoughtful and courteous team at Valley Restoration. I worked directly with Hayden for several months, and was able to collaborate and partner with him to ensure alignment and successful remediation of the project -- specifically via phone conversations, FaceTime calls, texting and emailing. I also needed his expertise when sharing out reported problems to other vendors and manufacturers, and to partner directly with my contractor. Hayden went above and beyond to explain his findings and more importantly, to listen and be a trusted resource for me.
