VIGEO Physical Therapy

I’ve been seeing my PT, Peggy, for about 10 months total after badly spraining my ankle. First to try to avoid surgery ankle surgery (Brostrom), and now post-surgery. She is the best and supported my decision to eventually have surgery after I plateaued. She works me hard, but is encouraging and cuts back if it’s too much. I swear she finds new things just for me to try. I prefer to go into their new office behind Ireland’s Four Provinces, but I know she travels to other clients.

I suffered a complex tear of the left knee medial meniscus in late summer 2024 and did not want surgery. When I commenced physical therapy at Vigeo PT, there was significant pain, swelling, and limited range of motion in my knee. After four months of P.T. at Vigeo, there is now no pain in my knee. I am walking and running easily at my former pace and distance, going up and down stairs, and performing normal chores with no pain or discomfort. My thanks to Peggy and Chelsea for working wonders with my knee. I heartily recommend Vigeo, PT!

She is Knowledgeable and a quick study who determines an appropriate routine exercise that really improves mobility while reducing pain. She motivates and somehow makes humdrum routines enjoyable.
