Tom is the absolute best. Not only did he see what felt like a million houses with us, he was prepped with the knowledge to help us make each decision along the way. I can’t recommend him more. My husband and I will be using Tom again when it’s time for our next house.

Probably one of the greatest realtors around hands down. They say it is a rule of thumb to work with a few different realtors to get a good fit, but once you meet Tom he will be your guy. Incredibly responsive, timely, helpful, supportive, and willing to get into the mud to help you be satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and respectful with his input and contributions. We can't say enough positives about Tom Fior. Definitely would recommend him to absolutely anyone!!!

Tom was the best when it came to helping us find our perfect home. As first time homebuyers, he educated us thoroughly on everything we needed to know. He was extremely responsive and was able to show us every single house we wanted to see, even if it was a last minute request. We also appreciated how he took the time to outline home disclosures for us and how informed he was of the properties we toured based on his prior research. Tom truly went above and beyond for us, and we could tell he really cared about our experience and made sure we ended up in the right place. It felt like he treated us like us like he would treat his own friends / family when it came to providing us with the best experience. We also had the pleasure of working with his partner Steve who provided us the same quality of service. Best team ever.

I Highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell a house! Me and my fiancee were first time homebuyers so this whole process was definitely intimidating at first until we reach out to Tom. Tom sat down with us and went over everything and answered any questions we had. Tom worked diligently to help find what we were looking for. He was always available regardless the time of day if we needed him. Communication was a 10/10 and Tom kept it honest and straight forward . No beating around the bush or just trying to make a sale. It was like working with a friend. Very easy to get along with and talk to. He would always check in and go over things with us to make sure we understood everything. There was no such thing as a stupid question to Tom. We are so thankful we used Tom as our realtor. We were able to get our very first house! The whole experience was a 10/10. 100% would recommend Tom to anyone!

Tom is excellent and very knowledgeable. There was definitely no pressure with him. My daughter found him on tik tok and was impressed with him. My daughter is very good at analyzing people and she was on him. I would definitely recommend him to people.
