I originally found Tom through TikTok and immediately knew he would be someone my husband and I wanted to work with during our first time home buying process. We scheduled our first call with Tom back in October of 2025, long before we even wanted to start looking at houses. We just wanted to ask questions and get a feel for what to expect when it came time to start our search. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He took the time to explain things in a way that could be easily understood, which was greatly appreciated as this whole process was completely new for us.<br><br>About six months later, we casually started our house hunting process. Anytime we texted Tom with a question or a link to a home we were interested in checking out, he was so responsive. Fast forward another three months and my husband and I eventually came upon the perfect home for us. Tom quickly put our offer together and it was accepted later on that same day. He remained thorough and communicative throughout the weeks in between having our offer accepted and our settlement date and ensured sure everything was being done properly. We can’t thank Tom enough for all of his help and for making this process so smooth for us! Highly, highly recommend!

I am a first time homebuyer, and my realtor Tom Fior was exceptional. I am beyond grateful for his guidance and support. He is very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way to answer every question that I had. He always told me what to expect whether it was good or bad. His patience and being able to put stressful moments for me at ease made this process worth it. I couldn't have ask for anyone else and will definitely have Tom a part of my second home buying journey in the future.

Buying a home can be overwhelming, but working with Tom made the entire experience feel manageable from start to finish. This was my third home purchase, and he was by far the best realtor I have worked with.<br><br>From our very first conversation, Tom took the time to really understand what was important to our family, not just our budget or wish list, but how we wanted to live. Because of that, every recommendation felt intentional.<br><br>He checked in with us every week with homes he thought would be a great fit, including properties he knew were likely to hit the market soon. We always felt like we had someone actively looking out for us instead of just waiting for listings to appear.<br><br>What really set Tom apart was how knowledgeable and thorough he was during showings. He was not simply unlocking doors and walking through houses with us. He had a flashlight in hand, pointing out signs of previous water intrusion, explaining construction details, teaching us about radon, and helping us understand what to pay attention to as homeowners. In fact, after one conversation about radon, we went home and checked our own radon mitigation system because he had taught us exactly what to look for. We learned something every single time we toured a home.<br><br>Once we were under contract, Tom’s communication was outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question quickly, and even helped me sort through confusing information with our lender and insurance company to make sure we had accurate answers. Having someone so responsive and experienced made a stressful process so much easier.<br><br>Tom provides an incredible level of service and genuinely advocates for his clients. He earned every penny of his commission. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, there is no question I will be calling Tom. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.

Tom is the absolute best. Not only did he see what felt like a million houses with us, he was prepped with the knowledge to help us make each decision along the way. I can’t recommend him more. My husband and I will be using Tom again when it’s time for our next house.
