We just bought our first home and we're very surprised by how seamless the process was. Once we decided to start looking, we didn't picture going with an agent. However, we met Toni Wood during our first viewing and decided to stick with her based on how well she handled the visit. This was a great choice on our behalf because not only did she answer all of our questions, but handled the business side of purchasing a home so professionally and consistently fought for our needs. I highly recommend working with her. She's knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and has a great sense of humor. We took our time looking at over ten homes (which is a lot), and are thankful for Toni's patience throughout the home buying process.

I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Toni. She is supporting us through both the buying and selling process and we have now recommend her to all of our friends/family/coworkers.<br><br>What truly sets Toni apart is how much she genuinely cares. She’s professional, approachable, and is your biggest champion every step of the way. I never once questioned whether the advice she gave me was in my best interest, it is clear that she always has our back.<br><br>We truly believe we’ve found our forever home, but if/ when we ever decide to move again, there’s no question we’d call Toni in a heartbeat. Couldn’t picture going through this process with a different agent by our side.

Toni responded immediately to our high maintenance texts and was always a phone call or text away. She managed our expectations and needs perfectly as first time homebuyers and always had a smile. Couldn’t ask anything more from her!
