Tattoo Preparation.
Eat well before your appointment, start hydrating starting the week before your appointment. Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, headphones, a friend, or a blanket to your appointment.
Most importantly communication with your artist is very important and encouraged!
Dress comfortably for your appointment. 
For areas of the body that tend to be textured, or rough begin reasonably exfoliating the area starting 1-2 weeks before your appointment. This includes areas such as hands, feet, knees, ankles and elbows. This will make the tattoo process much easier for the artist and client as moisturized and exfoliated skin allow for a much easier ink intake for the skin. 
If you are booked for a bigger tattoo that may take 6-8 hours of tattoo time, or a smaller tattoo that may be in a more painful placement you may want to plan to be dropped off at your appointment and have a ride home from someone you trust.

Healing instructions
If your artist used a clear bandage on you follow these steps. 
Leave bandage on for 48-72 hours. You can shower with bandage on.
Take bandage off immediately if it has become compromised with any leaks or tears.
Take bandage off in the shower by slowly pulling the bottom end down and away from your skin, under warm running water.
With clean hands wash your tattoo with an unscented mild soap.
Let the tattoo completely air dry, do not use a towel or wash cloths on your tattoo.
Once completely dry, you will moisturize the area slightly. Use aquaphor or unscented lotion to moisturize, and apply with clean hands. Repeat the washing and moisturizing steps every 6-8hrs for 2 weeks. Keep the tattoo out of the sun, no gym, beach, lake or soaking in tubs or pools for 2 weeks minimum. Avoid pet hair. 
Dri-Loc pads and saran wrap will be removed between the first 2-5 hours of the tattoo session. 
Then follow the same washing and moisturizing instructions as above.

Scratch off discounts can only be used for future appointments; 
 They cannot be used for a walk-in or for the appointment upon which the scratch off discount card was first received by the client.
The scratch off Discount card must be present at the time of the appointment to receive the stated discount. The discount card can only be used once; it cannot be gifted to someone else or used by anyone other than the original client who received the discount card directly as this is not a gift card. The used scratch off discount card will be collected by Anissa at the time of use.
