Each bundle contains: 1 Peppermint & Charcoal Detox Deodorant - Use before bed and workouts to help pull out any product & bacteria build up 1 Sandalwood & Bergamot Deodorant - Use during the day for extra strength protection Making the Transition to Natural Deodorants DETOX: The first step of making the switch to a natural deodorant is to detox your armpits from any build up that may have accumulated from antiperspirant use. Use the Peppermint & Charcoal Detox Deodorant to support ridding the underarms and lymph nodes of bacteria & product build up which will improve and regulate body odor over time. On average, the detox process takes around 4 weeks, and during this time, it is normal to sweat or smell more than usual (read on for tips on how to mitigate the effects of Detoxing). ADJUSTMENT: As your armpits detox, the increased sweating and smell will start to subside. If you find yourself needing more smell protection, you can apply the Detox Deodorant at bedtime while using the stronger formula included in this bundle during the day. ACCLIMATIZATION: Once you have made the transition to natural deodorant your body will self-regulate your sweat in a healthy way and you will find that you smell less!
