For as long as i can remember, I’ve carried questions within me that were too wild for small talk. For years I tried to fit into the neat lanes of what I was taught—performing, excelling, making the most of what there was. But beneath it all lived a deeper current: the ache to be unapologetically myself, to belong, to live from raw truth.

I'm a psychotherapist by training, but my real education came from the body—grief that knocked me to my knees, initiations of exile and return, and the slow art of listening to the whispers within me that knew that MORE was possible. 

Along the way, I embraced my own neurospiciness, not as a weight, but as quirky brilliance that shapes how I see and sense the world. This is part of the medicine I offer: permission to walk differently, and to call it holy.

What I hold now isn’t just therapy or coaching.
It’s Field work. A remembering. A homecoming. 🌹
