Changing to a reliable DNS, like Google’s (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4), can:

Fix Loading Issues – If the default DNS is down, switching may restore access.
Improve Speed – Some DNS servers respond faster, reducing website load times.
Bypass Restrictions – Some ISPs block sites; changing DNS can help access them.
If switching DNS fixes the issue, the problem was likely with your ISP’s DNS server.

For Windows (10/11)

1. Open Network Settings:
Right-click the network icon (bottom-right).
Select "Open Network & Internet settings".

2. Access Adapter Options:
Click "Change adapter options".
Select Your Connection:
Right-click Wi-Fi/Ethernet, select Properties.

3. Open IPv4 Properties:
Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" → Properties.

4. Enter New DNS:
Select "Use the following DNS server addresses".
Enter 8.8.8.8 (Preferred) & 8.8.4.4 (Alternate).

5. Save Changes:
Click OK → Close.

6.Restart Connection if Needed.

1. Open System Preferences → Network.

2. Select Wi-Fi or Ethernet, then click 'Details'.

3. Go to the DNS tab → Click '+' → Add 8.8.8.8 and also add 8.8.4.4.
