FAQs

Calming treats and other solutions purchased without prescription may be given to your pet prior to grooming.

Dogs may take prescription calming medications prior to grooming as long as they are still alert enough to walk and stand. 

Cats may NOT take prescription calming medications prior to grooming. If your cat is unable to tolerate grooming without medication they should be groomed at a vet groomer for their safety. 

Sedation & Calming Meds

In order for your pet to receive grooming services, you must provide proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination. You may bring physical paperwork or show digital records on your phone at check-in.

Accepted: rabies certificate, vet bill with reminders, patient portal or app
Not Accepted: Rabies tags, handwritten records

Vaccination Requirements

My cat has fleas, what do I do?
We do not offer flea treatment for cats in the salon. Cats with active fleas will need to be treated prior to grooming.
