Tattoo Care: -Remove bandage after 24 hours (preferably under warm water, pull down not away from the tattoo) -Wash with WARM water and unscented, antibacterial soap (I use Dial liquid soap) and rinse with cold water. -Dry by patting with paper towel or air dry (Towels can harbor bacteria) -Once dry apply a THIN layer of unscented lotion (I use Jergens Ultra Healing) -AVOID: swimming (do not submerge) and direct sunlight, touching the area Piercing Care: -Wash your hands before handling your piercing -Spray the piercing with a sterile saline solution to clean or run it under shower water -Air dry or gently pat with paper towel -AVOID: Twisting/Picking/Touching your piercing, sleeping on it, QTIPS/COTTON BALLS LITHA METHOD- Leave It The Hell Alone This means leave it alone except for MINIMAL cleaning, mainly when crusties are present.
