How does the floating holiday policy work?

Highgate provides eligible associates with 12 Holiday days of paid time off per calendar year. Regular full-time associates become eligible for holiday pay upon completing a 90-day orientation period. Holiday time must be used either on the holiday or can be used up to 30 days after the designated Holiday. Holiday pay is not payable upon separation of employment and does not carry over to the following year.

How does Bereavement Leave work?

Full-time associates are eligible for up to three days off with pay in the event of a death occurs with an immediate family member inside the U.S. If the funeral services are outside of the U.S., the associate may have up to five days off with pay. Immediate family members are defined as parents, grandparents, in- laws, stepparents, spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, stepchild, and siblings (including in-laws). In this case, additional time off may be granted depending on circumstances such as distance, the individual's responsibility for the funeral arrangements, and the associate’s responsibility for taking care of the estate of the deceased. All requests for bereavement leave must be made by completing the bereavement request form in Dayforce under "request a LOA".

You can update your Direct Deposit information via Dayforce. Simply select "FORMS", Under the personal section select "Direct Deposit" and enter your updated information.

How do I Request a Leave of Absence?

Simply select "FORMS", Under the personal section select "Request Leave of Absence". Please note depending on your request, additional documentation may be required. Please connect with your property HR team for further assistance.

Where can I view or print out my paystubs?

You can view your paystubs or print them out in Dayforce by Logging into your profile, selecting Earnings and selecting either a specific pay period or you can select all and print all of your paystubs.
