We have State Farm through Harold Campbell for our home, auto and boat. Missy is always so helpful. I had to add a new vehicle to our plan and she made the process as quick, easy and painless as possible. Highly recommend. They really are like a good neighbor.

I have a waterfall in my attic currently because a State Farm adjuster would not return multiple calls regarding a highly questionable assessment. Harold Campbell’s office supposedly reached out to him, but I still have not heard back. This has been going on for weeks. Just now, this office has sent me off to phone loop hell after I said I had a major emergency on my hand. This is the most expensive insurance on the market, and this is their customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The customer service at this State Farm location is truly outstanding. My first time interacting with the team. I was immediately made to feel like family. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide a warm, welcoming experience. Not only did they offer significantly more affordable car insurance compared to other providers, but they also took the time to help me find every possible discount. If you're looking for an insurance company where you'll feel heard, valued, and supported while also saving money this State Farm is the way to go. Highly recommended!
