I’ve had such a great experience at REON with Gianna. She is incredibly detail-oriented and has a vast amount of knowledge across both classical and contemporary Pilates. You can tell she has a deep understanding of the method and the human body - not just how to teach an exercise, but why we do it and how it should feel and function in the body. One of the things I appreciate most about her teaching is that she doesn’t shy away from introducing more complex movements from the Pilates repertoire that you typically wouldn’t get the opportunity to learn in a group class. She gives excellent tactile and verbal cues, pays close attention to form, and really takes the time to make sure exercises are being performed correctly. Her reformer + mat class is limited to just four people, so you get a level of individual attention that’s hard to find in a group setting. I especially appreciate her attention to transitions and the overall flow of the class - it makes the practice feel much more intentional and complete. Gianna is a wonderful instructor for anyone who wants to deepen their Pilates practice, learn beyond the basics, and really understand the method rather than simply move through a series of exercises. I highly recommend REON!

Gianna has been my Pilates instructor for over two years. She is a skilled and enthusiastic instructor who is truly passionate about pilates. She cares about her clients’ well-being, and each session leaves you feeling taller, stronger, and more aligned. Over time, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my posture and overall physique as my body has become better through consistent sessions. Her studio is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with new equipment. Definitely recommend Gianna for anyone who wants a good workout! 그리고 지아나 선생님 예쁜거 팩트입니다 🥰

Gianna is an AMAZING instructor with so much knowledge of Pilates. Super passionate and amazing attention to detail. She pays so much attention to form and will make adjustments to ensure you’re doing the movements appropriately and without injury. I love coming to her classes and feeling more in tune with my bod every time. HIGHLY recommend Gianna and her studio!!
