1. Are bath towels provided?

- Yes, 1 per participant

2. Are the rooms solo?

Accepted Answer

- No, for Non-Execs, rooms are shared with 3 other participants. 2 participants will be sharing in a bed (and blanket)

3. Can we switch rooms with another participants?

Accepted Answer

- No, we do not recommend switching rooms with others.
  We mixed participants from other teams and sites so that you get to mingle and know other people from other sites.

Question 4

4. Are meals covered?

Accepted Answer

- Yes, meals are covered as follows:	
	- June 23 Breakfast via MARA (P200 per head)
	- Venue Meals and Snacks
	   - June 23 - Lunch, PM Snacks, Dinner
	   - June 24 - Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, Dinner
	   - June 25 - Breakfast
	- June 25 Lunch via MARA (P250 per head)
	- June 25 Dinner via MARA (P250 per head, only for those flying)
	* All MARA will be distributed to your respective travel leaders
	** All Lunch and Dinner at the venue are Managed Buffet

5. Are we allowed to request along the way pick-up location?

Accepted Answer

- No*, all participants/employees will only have one designated pick-up location depending on the site.	
	- Makati employees - Ayala Tower One & Exchange Office Pick-up Point
	- Tarlac Employees - Pilmico Tarlac Plant (except for those who are carpooling with other team members)
	- Iligan employees - Pilmico Iligan Plant
	- Others - as indicated in your Participants Directory details
	* unless specifically arranged

6. Are we allowed to request along the way drop off location?

Accepted Answer

- Yes, as long as the drop off point is along the way - either along EDSA or along NLEX

7. Can we switch vans to/from the venue?

Accepted Answer

- No, while it is fun to be grouped and travel with your bestie, your pare, or your loveteams, travel groupings are carefully planned
   in accordance with the Business Continuity Planning, travel location/ routes, and number of people in a van to still maintain a comfortable and spacious ride

8. Can we stay for an additional day?

Accepted Answer

- Yes, however, the expense for the additional stay and van will be shouldered by the participant but please inform their Exec TLs and Committee

9. Can we swim and go to the beach after the activities?

Accepted Answer

- Yes! Definitely. All remaining time outside our programs and activities are participants' free time.
   You can enjoy the beach, roam around, and catch up with colleagues/ friends
   But make sure to attend the activities on time and wear proper swim attire

10. Are there any on-site doctors/ nurses?

Accepted Answer

- Yes! There is an on-site nurse in the resort

Question 11

11. Are we required to bring laptops?

Accepted Answer

- We recommend NOT bringing a laptop since they are not part of any of the activities, but this will still be based on the discussion within your team.

12. What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

- Please refer to our What To Wear infographics
- Outfits were planned and recommended based on the activities
- Wear what feels right for fits outside the recommended
- Note: Wearing just the Aboitiz Foods Polo shirt is already considered a Smart Casual. Jackets/ Blazers are optional.
- Observe Proper Decorum
- We highly recommend wearing inner wears (sports bra, sando, etc) when wearing the Official FACTLR Team Building Shirt since it's a drifit

Question 13

13. After the team building activity, is it possible for us to work from home on June 26 and 27 and not report on site?

Accepted Answer

- As approved by EGM and consulted with HR, team members may just work from home on June 26 and 27
  given that you will change your on-site schedule that week with the same dates as the team building (June 23 to 25)
