To help prevent these issues: - Ensure your AC unit is slightly tilted outward to allow for proper drainage. Keep all drainage holes clear to avoid water pooling inside the unit. Effective immediately, tenants who do not install their AC units with appropriate support brackets will incur a monthly fee of $65 until the issue is corrected.
