i tried diy cup small, overall it taste average nothing special, yogurt and fruits, i dont know that we have to pay extra if it reached the top, they told me after i put the jelly, wouldnt repeat

We are visiting QueenBay mall and purposely look for yogurt planet at 2nd floor shop number 77. Next to Harvey Norman and opposite is Aeon Mall. The staffs as usual friendly and warm, yogurt, fruits taste was great as usual.
DOWN SIDE inside the shop NO A/C and I can feel the heat , high humidity from the machines, the spot light/s.
Outside dining area not as hot as inside the shop. But absolutely not as decent as other floor or shop I visited just now.
We look for yogurt which we want some soothing decent comfortable condition. However its kind of ruin the mood to have such a great product but poor condition area.
What a pity of the staff still wearing their uniform with woven hairnet, face mask with a hat.
The management may want to be considerated on their staff’s health, customer experience and to bell an alarm to the mall management.

Yoghurt lover, another new yoghurt option in town, smooth and milky. Look out for their promo day.

Yogurt Planet is one of my favourite yogurt outlets. They have variety of yogurt selection and many more toppings and fruits available for you to choose.

I order this big tub version, can select 2 flavour yogurt. Half tub of toppings as your choice ❤️

The service crew all are friendly at this outlet. Fruits are fresh and maintain hygiene on the food area

Prefer QB outlet - the Malay staff was friendly and asked if I want frozen yogurt on top which is a nice gesture. Here in Gurney I find the staff quite snob and didn’t bother to ask that !

I love their yogurt, so much that most of the time when I come IOI i will buy a cup from them. Its a healthy snack for your gut and tasty too! My fav choice is always Strawberry yogurt + green grape + dragon fruits + mango + Coconut balls+ with black cookies topping. Love! 🤤👍

Green Grape yogurt it's my favourite! Silky smooth & refreshing! There's cheese popping balls in every flavors.

this yogurt taste superb. i recommend you to try the multigrain yogurt, you can taste first if you want. and their staff also gives an excellence service. definitely will repeat this yogurt and this place. their staff ying yee r very good staff. thank you!!

我很爱你们家的酸奶，但是酸奶给的量大幅度的减少了，看图就知道了，每一个月几乎都会买2-3次，但是今天看到员工给的酸奶量比以往的还少，真的是很失望，加了topping你还可以看到还有很多空白的地方，说真的这个酸奶的价格也不便宜，如果一直在减少酸奶的量，真的性价比很低。

High quality yogurt with a wide variety of toppings available. Price came out rather reasonably despite me filling up the cup with a lot of toppings. Please open more branches <3

The multigrain yoghurt seems to be their best seller — and for good reason, it’s delicious. That said, I’d prefer if the sugar were reduced by about 30% to 50% to better balance the natural sweetness of the fruit.

You can also choose any fruits or toppings to customise your bowl with no extra cost as long as its within the limit. A nice perk here is the free probiotic powder, which you can mix into yoghurt or pour straight into your mouth. I sprinkled mine over yoghurt — made it extra healthy!

Loved this yogurt spot! The yogurt was smooth and refreshing, with lots of topping choices. Staff were friendly and service was quick. A great place for a light dessert or snack 👍

Customer service was super good!! But maybe I’m just not a yougurt fan .. the selections isn’t like “ laolao” vibe is more like basic vibe but for 16.90 ringgit is quite expensive!!

I used to go to the IOI City Mall outlet and honestly, the vibe there was way better. When I came here, it felt totally different  the staff were quite loud and it really threw off the whole atmosphere. Instead of feeling relaxed and enjoying my yogurt, I felt distracted. I hope the team here can be more mindful, because it does affect the overall customer experience.

Really good . The staffs here were able to recommend to us the entire ordering process and the type of yogurt that suits our taste buds the most .Even the paper cup feels solid .

The staff was so unresponsive. She was just on the phone from the time we entered the shop until we finish eating. Even when we were asking for questions she was just on the phone. This is so irresponsible

The fruits available were not fresh, and the overall quality was disappointing. In addition, the staff were not helpful at all. When we approached a staff member for assistance, we were ignored. When we pointed out that some of the fruits were spoiled, the staff member quickly rearranged the display, turning the fruits over and placing the damaged ones underneath to hide them. This experience was very unsatisfactory and not what we expected.

I used to really enjoy coming here for yogurt because the fruit toppings were always fresh and there was a good variety to choose from. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been quite disappointing. The selection of fruits has become very limited, especially strawberries, which are often unavailable. More importantly, the fruits don’t seem fresh anymore. When I visited today at around 1:00 PM, the fruits already looked quite stale. The grapes looked yellowish and not fresh, and some pieces even seemed like they had been cut in half. The pineapple also looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, with the edges starting to oxidize. Overall, the quality and variety of toppings have dropped significantly compared to before. I hope they can improve and maintain better freshness.

Visited Yogurt Planet at Queensbay Mall and had such a nice experience. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and I really appreciated their recommendations. The drinks were refreshing, flavorful, and perfect for the weather. I also liked how clean and organized everything looked, and the packaging was done so nicely. The seating area was comfortable with plenty of space to sit and enjoy. It is a great spot to relax, cool down, and enjoy a good drink. Will definitely visit again.

Really enjoyed my visit to Yogurt Planet in Queensbay Mall. Thank you for the friendly service and great recommendations. The drinks were so cooling, refreshing, and tasty. I also loved how clean, nice, and beautifully packaged everything was. The seating area was spacious and comfortable too, which made the whole experience even better. A very enjoyable place to chill and have a good drink. Highly recommended.

I loved this place, would definitely recommend this place to people looking for yogurt, the staff were super nice, there is tons of fruit. Although the tables are a bit small, the taste more than makes up for it. Smoothies were around 15$ and a small cup is 10$. Very affordable, best place for yogurt.

I ended up going there because they gave a free sample and I tasted the original yogurt and had to get it then when I had that small cup where you are able to choose all the fruits you want fill it up halfway and then the original yogurt on top it was amazing.

I ordered the Avocado Kale Yogurt Drink from Yogurt Planet, and it was absolutely excellent. The drink was fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with a smooth avocado taste and a nice light feel from the kale. Not overly sweet, very refreshing, and clearly made with quality ingredients.

My first time trying this and I was surprised by how generous the portion was, even for the smallest size. You can choose four fruits to fill your cup, which are then topped with silky yogurt (available in many unique flavors) and finished with a swirl of frozen yogurt on top. It’s definitely worth the price compared to other yogurt chains👍🏻 Will definitely come back to try more flavors😊

This is my second time purchase from this branch. Every time I bought it, the attitude of one Malay staff are so so bad, she always limit the amount of fruit customers can take. This time, while I am still choosing the fruit I wanted, and the box still had a lot of space, enough to easily fit the yogurt. The Malay staff stopped me from taking fruit and started adding yogurt. In the end, after filling the box with yogurt, there was still a lot of empty space... I feel like this store's slogan is supposed to encourage customers to choose freely, but the employee's attitude is a completely different story. 👎👎👎👎

i come to your store around 1pm, no customer yet and only one staff working. she’s busy cleaning up and when its about to serve me, her face is very rude, no smiling and not really attentive to customer. its was my first time and i ask a few question as im not very sure how to order. she sound impatient when answering my question and i just order whatever just to get out of that situation. mind you its not even busy. im the only customer. no one force you to work here, you choose the job yet you act like you dont want to be there. maybe try to find other job.

The quality is consistently excellent every time I visit. A special shout-out to Haikal for his outstanding customer service. He is very polite, friendly, and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. His warm attitude and professionalism truly stand out. Highly recommended!

Yogurt Planet has become one of our favourite spots! The staff are always so helpful, friendly, and kind, especially Haikal, who always gives great service and makes every visit feel welcoming and pleasant. The yogurt itself is absolutely delicious — creamy, fresh, and honestly quite addictive. Once you try it, you’ll definitely want more. We love it so much that we often buy extra cups to keep in the fridge and enjoy again the next day. It has become our little family treat that we keep coming back for again and again. Please continue maintaining the quality and the shop because it’s truly a gem. We really hope Yogurt Planet stays open for a very long time!

Went to eat at the restaurant opposite of this shop on the 19/2 and the staffs working here in that day are very inconsiderate of others, they were blasting musics on loud speakers and singing very loudly which is quite a disturbance to the surrounding businesses. I would also like to advise the management on strengthening the staff’s hygiene as I witnessed one of the Malay staff working on that day wiping her nose (while wearing gloves) and proceeded to serve customers the samples without washing her hands or changing her gloves.

Initially when just opened service was great, staff would give yogurt until the cup is mostly full. Bought multiple times but on 7th December I was met with this batch of different staff that gave yogurt that barely fills the the cup provided and when I asked to fill the cup they did not want to. If before this it wasn’t like this, why did it change now? Honestly horrible service and I might not come back again. You can refer to other photos on other peoples review it was not like that before.

First time tried the DIY yogurt... Yes! You customize your own yogurt to condiments to various flavor yogurts. The female staffs are very nice and helpful especially a staff name Yana; she patiently assist me, friendly, basically all of them are friendly... As a first-timer to try their yogurt and explain which yogurt is preferable and I want to praise the Coconut Spirulina yogurt is my fave! I mixed with my fave fruits: watermelon, shine muscat, orange & jelly lychee and as most topping with corn flakes & chocolate chip! I find my yogurt as new flavor or only me who loves it that way! Thank you! Next will try customize a different type of yogurts!
