What is a focus / accountability partner?

An accountability partner is someone who sits with you while you work, so you don’t have to do things alone. I’m here to help you stay present, focused, and gently on track.

Think of it as having a co-worker in a room. You bring your task, I bring my presence.

Who is this for?

1. Works from home and finds the silence or distractions killing your momentum
2. Has a list of important things, but they keep being pushed back by everything else
3. Functions better alongside people and misses the energy of being around others while you work
4. Is going through a change - a new job, a new city, a hard season - and could use a steady presence

This service is not limited to only remote workers and people with ADHD, everyone is welcome.

How do the sessions work?

We start by setting a small goal for the session. Then we spend time focusing quietly (or with minimal check-ins), and at the end, we reflect on what you were able to do.

Is this 1:1 or group-based?

Currently only 1:1 sessions are available.

Question 5

Is there a trial session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every client will be given a free 3-day trial period.
If it resonated, we find a plan that fits your life.
If it didn’t, honest feedback is just as valuable.

Trial period should be claimed and used within 2 weeks after the discovery call is completed.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, you can reschedule for free with notice.
