Zenia says: I came to yoga through burnout and hormonal health challenges, and found my way back through gentle, holistic practices of movement and breath that helped reconnect with myself and my natural rhythms.
I now teach slow, grounding yoga with a focus on rest, quiet strength and feeling safe and at home in your body and I love weaving breath and emotional awareness into our practice. Really happy to be sharing this WOC space with you.

Amrita says: I’ve been around yoga for a long time, having grown up in India, but the practice became personal 10+ years ago during a period of illness.  My day job is as an NHS doctor and I'm deeply interested in how mindful movement and breath can support our wellbeing and health. My big loves are ancient and modern breathing practices, and strengthening the mind-body connection. I lookforward to sharing these with you, and for the space to evolve around what we need.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer full refunds for classes cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.  

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for late cancellations or non-attendance. We are a small community-run class and your support helps us stay financially sustainable and accessible for all. Thank you!

Any cancellations by Brighton WOC Yoga will be refunded to participants in full.

YOUR HEALTH

We will always aim to support you in class but please practice at your own pace and within your own limitations. If you have any medical conditions, injuries or are pregnant, please consult your doctor to ensure you are safe to practice, and inform your teacher before class starts.
