Although our journey isn’t complete yet I am happy to give the staff team at Williams estates agents 5 stars! From the beginning the staff team have looked after my interests & often gone ‘the extra mile’ for me - often in complicated situations! I have been kept informed throughout the process & problems have been resolved . I cannot thank all the workers enough. I cannot recommend Williams Estate Agents enough - Superb!

My experience so far with Williams estate agents has been 1st class. Excellent photos and video, friendly and helpful staff. As a result received a full asking price offer within days of going on the market, brilliant.

Dealing with Williams Estates when purchasing my property was flawless from start to finish. I was kept informed, the staff regularly chased both Solicitors and Sellers to get responses when things were dragging a little and even helped to make sure the completion date didn't slip. I was always able to reach a member of the team with responses to my questions being answered quickly or forwarded to the relevant parties straight away. All of the team I dealt with were very easy to talk to and happy to explain anything to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in this part of North Wales.
