Where are you based?

We are about 5 minutes from the center of Ericeira. It's in the village of Fonte Boa dos Nabos.

What do you charge?

Daycare is 15€ a day, per dog. Boarding is 30€ a night, per dog. For longer stays or more than one dog, message us on WhatsApp. We can talk about the price.

What's included?

Your dog gets fed every day. We give lots of cuddles. We can send you photos if you want. They will go for daily walks. And we pay attention to each dog. Someone is here with them all the time.

How can I pay?

Will my dog be in a cage?

Accepted Answer

Nope! We want your dog to feel right at home. They'll always have a comfy spot. Happy times with other dogs and me – think garden play, trail walks, or sofa snuggles. While human-beds are usually for humans, if that's where your pup feels happiest, we'll make them feel loved and secure. It's more like a doggy staycation or their own hotel suite!

How many dogs are usually there?

We don't take too many dogs. Usually, it's just two. This way, everyone gets enough attention.

What should I bring?

Bring your dog's food. Also, any medicine they need. And their bed or a blanket. Things that smell like home can help them feel good.

Question 8

My dog has special food needs. Is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Just tell us what your dog needs. Bring their food and tell us how to feed them. We will follow your instructions.

How much exercise will my dog get?

They go for walks every day. We also have a safe garden where they can play. We watch your dog and adjust how much they do based on their energy and what they like.

Do you take dogs that aren't fixed?

We look at each dog that isn't neutered or spayed separately.

Do you pick up or drop off dogs?

Yes. If you are within 10km, we can. It costs 5 euros. Message us on WhatsApp to ask.

What happens if my dog gets sick?

If there's a medical problem, we will call you and your vet right away, if we can. We also have a relationship with a local animal hospital, Anicura Atlântico Hospital Veterinário, for emergencies.

Can we meet before booking?

Yes. We like that. You can use the link to set up a visit.

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Things can change, we get it. But if you need to cancel your dog's boarding, please let us know as soon as you can.

If you cancel, we will need 50% of the total boarding cost. This helps us because it can be hard to fill that space for your dog on short notice. Thanks for understanding.
