Vivienne Diaz

I’m a program and operations professional with experience across program management, learning and development, community engagement, education, nonprofit leadership, and research. My background includes project coordination, program administration, staff training and supervision, curriculum and training development, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, event planning, and organizational operations. I’ve managed complex programs, supported staff development, coordinated community initiatives, and contributed to nonprofit governance and strategic planning. I’m especially interested in building effective programs, developing people, strengthening organizations, and creating meaningful connections across communities.
