Excellent local market knowledge and very professional service. Jessica was a delight to work with and worked tirelessly to produce a very successful outcome. Her attention to detail and positive attitude provided a comfortable transition process for our property.

I dealt with Jessica from this agency and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a real estate agent.
I went to multiple open homes for this property as I genuinely liked it and asked Jessica for a price guide so I could make an offer. She never provided one. I still went ahead and made an offer, and later that afternoon she called me asking if my offer was a joke. I explained that no price guide had been given and that my offer was based on what I’d been seeing in the area. It was absolutely not a joke and was a genuine reasonable offer. I asked if she could then provide a price guide so I could revise my offer, but instead she sent me sales of completely different properties on much larger blocks selling roughly for $700k–$900k more than the house I was looking at. After being spoken to in that tone, I decided not to proceed any further and ended up purchasing through another agency. The experience with the other agent was very easy and professional, which was the complete opposite of my experience with Jessica.
A couple of months later I checked what the property sold for and it sold for only $80k more than what I had offered. Being spoken to the way I was and having my offer called a joke was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Based on my experience  I would strongly recommend buying or selling through someone else.

Patrick and the team at Vine Property were great to work with from the get go. They made the process of renting an apartment really easy and seamless. We had to move unexpectedly and sadly break our lease but again Patrick and the team worked really hard to help us with ending the lease and finding new tenants quickly.

Best Agent in Hendra. I chose Jessica over others as she was professional, honest, genuine, caring, and above all I knew she would do a great job in negotiating and achieving the result needed. Jessica had to deal with the shortest of campaigns just before Christmas but was always committed and communicated all the way through and presented several offers. Despite the short time frame, she never pushed the early low offers and stayed focused on getting better offers which she did. I have no reservations in recommending Jessica to anyone buying or selling in Hendra.
