Hi, I just felt like I needed to share My feelings on this website about a worker That has made me and my family feel so comfortable and cared for ever since we have moved  Valora here in Homewood apartments.  When he sees us, he always takes time to stop and ask Are we doing OK? Is there anything he can do for us and please don’t hesitate to ask him if there ever is anything he can do to help us in anyway.  We aren’t familiar with the Birmingham area so we asked him where some family, friendly places that we could go with our kids.  He gave us several suggestions and we have enjoyed each place He has suggested to myself and my husband.  Unfortunately, in this world, you just don’t find many people like him anymore anywhere.  He is one of the main reasons we have enjoyed living in these wonderful apartments… just knowing he is there just looking out for us makes a world of difference for me and my family. His name is Alan and since guys like him are so rare I just really felt the need to speak up and say just how much me and my family have appreciated him!!!! I would just have to bet that we are not the only family or people that live in these apartments that have had probably the same feelings and experiences that we have had about Alan 😁 So I wanna go ahead and say thank you from all of us. It’s a breath of fresh air to be able to have people like you in our lives…. Thank you Alan ☺️

From the moment I inquired about available units, the entire process was smooth and stress-free, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Trinity, the leasing agent.
Finding a new apartment can be overwhelming, but Trinity made it incredibly easy. She was incredibly responsive to my questions, both via email and phone, and always provided clear and thorough answers. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and showed me several units that perfectly matched what I was looking for.
What truly stood out was Trinity's genuine helpfulness and positive attitude. She was patient and understanding, never making me feel rushed or pressured. She walked me through the application process step-by-step, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I had all the necessary information.

I had the opportunity to visit this property a week ago. Sheri and her leasing team were phenomenal. Their knowledge of the community and area was impressive. I’d definitely lease. Customer is definitely one of the best!

I loveeee the property and pricing is reasonable. The leasing team is amazing they do their absolute best to help with any complications. Susan is exceptional. She consistently assisted me with everything I needed in the office and maintained a positive, professional attitude throughout the process 10/10.

Have lived at Valora for about 8 months now. Have lived in many other properties with my work around the US. I enjoy the personability of the staff, attentiveness to needs, and ability to communicate. Easter is a stand out in the staff and is always willing to talk with me should anything go wrong, as most things do in apartments. Always willing to divise a plan and help find a solution quickly. My unit is fully remodeled and very nice, the build quality and finishes are top notch, especially for the price I pay (soft close cabinets for less than 2000/month is crazy). Totally worth every cent. I'd love to see more community focused items like they've been doing recently.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They have mold! The apartments are old and are concrete floors with linoleum floors that look like wood. The floors are so slippery. You will hear every move your neighbors make because the floors are concrete. Trash is left all over the complex. The floor plans are outdated and have been painted over to look aesthetically pleasing. The lighting is horrible. Maintenance takes longer than expected to fix a problem if they fix it all. They add a bunch of extra charges to your monthly rent. The plumbing, mold, lighting, trash, and outdated fixtures are not worth it. Only move here if you’re currently living in the devil’s den and this would be an upgrade.
