Incredible experience! This business is recently under new management and the new owner Ivan is so nice! He and the staff were so helpful, and had huge smiles on their faces while helping me! I will be doing all my shipping business here going forward! Sad to see so many negative reviews about the old owner.

Note that this store is under new management and has since changed ownership, so disregard all the negative old reviews from the years past! The space is brand new as of a few months ago with a great layout. Service here is always excellent, friendly, and efficient. I've shipped out packages, purchased items, notarized, and returned things, and it's consistently been simple and easy. Will continue to use this UPS for the foreseeable future!

Ivan is always very helpful!  Helps carry my items to car.  Always friendly, and engaging.  Recycles packaging.  My dog is treated with kindness.  The Excellent Customer Service here is greatly appreciated!  Tysm!

Great customer support, the stuff helped me with my problem with the order return. I noticed a lot of bad reviews here, but those were under the old management, the current staff is doing a great job.

It was imperative that my package reach it's destination by Tuesday the 16th. I visited this store Saturday and explained the importance. The only person in the store assisted me and assured that my package would arrive on time. Not only did the package not arrive on time but it was sent to me from me. From my address to my address. Not to the address I paid for. By the time I received the package, UPS stores were closed and I had to go to Fed Ex and spend $164 to overnight the package. I reached out to the location and had a pleasant conversation with Phoebe of which I was to have a call back from the manager, Ivan. I emailed receipts and explanation of what occurred. I have heard no response and noone is answering the phones. I see the scores are low for this location and I do understand why. Management needs to take ownership and make things right.
