Parents & Care Givers - we need your help too!  Any adult helper during a field trip, cookie booth or will interact with other Girls is required to have a background check. Login to your MyGS account and under My Troop click Troop Helper and Add Role. Follow the prompts from there. 

If you do not have a MyGS account, you can still sign up as a volunteer for our troop using the same link below. Hit Volunteer, use 78155 zip and type TROOP05172 in the troop field, hit Search and select Troop Helper. Follow the prompts from there.

Digital Cookie Login

Digital Cookie is now open, you should have received an email to register (check spam). If you did not or if you are a returning user, click the Forgot Password link and enter the email address associated with your MyGS account. Once you are in, you can setup your kiddos site (desktop/web browser only). Please be sure you are viewing as the "Parent of" or your kids name and not the "Troop 5172" site.  The troop view will be used for troop booths only and the Parent view is for your girl's solo cookies.  Click on Site Setup and follow the prompts. From there you can copy, share or print your store link. 

You will need to approve/deny all orders placed in your girl's DC. Check the "Parent" guides that are available as of now. If you have questions or issues let me know.

12/11 - Online permission slips completed in order to start cookies sale on 12/14 when DC opens
12/14 - Digital Cookie (DC) opens
1/9 - Turn in initial cookie order, health forms and rewards to Stephani (TCM)
1/8 - Council booth sign up, can request 2 slots
1/22 - Council booth sing up, no limit
1/26 - Initial rewards ship
1/28-1/31 - Initial Cookie pickup; TCM will contact you for pickup
1/28-3/11 - Independent booths can start selling
2/3-3/1 - Cookie warehouse opens
2/6-3/1 - Council booths start selling (HEB, Walmart, Lowe's, Bass Pro Shop, Sam's Club, Traders Village)
3/11 - Parents confirm your entries are done in DC, it closes at 11:59pm
3/12 - Parents turn in all money to Stephani - no exceptions
5/1 - Final rewards ship

Special Reward: between 12/14-12/31, if you sell 30 pkgs and send 10 marketing emails in DC you will get a "sisterhood" t-shirt!

Important Cookie Dates 2026

1. Text if you need cookies, include multiple dates and times you can pickup. 
2. Money collected should be turned in each week at meetings (no checks).
3. All booths must have a completed Booth Worksheet sent to TCM within 24 hours of sales (send pic). Bring physical form to next meeting for files.
4. All booth requests require 2 bus. days (before Thurs) notice for approval. Send TCM Independent Booth Agreement to submit for approval. Bring physical form to next meeting for files. If you intend for it to be an individual booth for your Girl’s cookies please specify that. You MUST choose the booth in DC for CC payments.
5. Anyone that is going to be present with your Girl during booths or activities needs to attend meetings on occasion to establish a relationship with the troop leader and its volunteers. 
6. Please be patient and respect all of our time and duties required outisde of cookie sales. There may be times where we will require answers from Council or CCM.

Schedule and shifts are below.  Unless specified, it's a troop booth. 4 girls max, 2 adults minimum.  1 hour shifts work best at this age since they can be up to 3 hours long. Must check-in with managers at all booths before setting up. 

For HEB booths, show up 10 minutes before it starts to begin setup. Start taking down 10 minutes before end of schedule to make room for the next troop. Do not bring plastic bags from other companies & do not use their carts.

Booth Schedule 2026

Send completed form to TCM at least 2 days prior to booth date for approval. You MUST select the booth when taking digital cookie payments. It’s at checkout. Make sure you are on the correct profile depending on cookies used (Girl or Troop)

All booth sales must have this worksheet completed in full and sent to Stephani within 24 hours of booth sales. Bring physical form to next meeting for files.
