Service was horrible. The lady at the front desk was full of attitude.I paid my money and wasn't stafised. I would have appreciated if she would have told me that everything on the paper wouldn't be scanned and leave me with the decision to go ahead or not.
It was a work document so it was very important that everything on the papers were scanned.

3 weeks ago I went to Tred Labs for PC repairs. I found them on Google and with the reviews they received I trusted the reviews and go to them on a Saturday. They set expectations of how their services run, to add note if you are bringing your tech items on Weekends their technician will not be there however, they will contact you before or on Wednesday. Wednesday they reached out to me as promised and my PC was fixed.

Their customer service is top notch and very straightforward. I would recommend anyone to try Tred labs to get their PC repaired.

I visited Tred labs today and the service was superb. They assisted me all the way to ensure that what intended to be done was done.  They gave more in service than they collected in pay and for me this set them apart and I will definitely be returning. quality customer service.

Even 1 year after visiting this place to fix a flickering screen issue on my laptop, I have to be contending with the Dell DVD casing falling off whenever I lift my laptop from a surface. I told the guy that the casing was not the correct one since the original casing had the DVD/ inscription on it. It slightly angers and annoys me whenever I use my laptop - which is everyday.

Update: I haven't been back (yet) to Tried labs I appreciate the willingness to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Great experience quick and easy also I must commend the welcoming environment.

Can someone please tell me why I'm I being prevented from speaking to the owner. I requested to speak to the owner on a matter that can't be resolved by subordinates. Is this how you encourage clients by refusing to let me speak to Mr. Watson the owner. I already am disappointed in the services and would give ZERO RATING. I'm asking again to speak with Mr. Watson....
