Sent four knives for what I thought would be an expert sharpening service, waited almost a month (not their fault, postage was slow and delayed by red days), what I received back was four knives that have seemingly just had a "once-over" on a Tormek, if all of them got that at all. All but one of them struggle to slice through paper, one of them returned seemingly untouched. I had heard great things about this service, and was hoping that after the wait, I would have some knives that i could take to work again, unfortunately they're still going to need some sharpening and honing before I can do that.<br>I have to say I am overall disappointed.

Super helpful and friendly staff, very knowledgeable and they helped me pick a suitable kitchen knife for my needs. Intend to go back for some knife sharpening training in the future.
