Christian is incredibly responsive and professional. Every time I called, someone picked up immediately. I never once went to voicemail. That alone set them apart. The process of transporting my car from the tow yard to their shop was handled smoothly and efficiently, with no gaps or confusion.

What truly impressed me was the level of communication. I received regular updates through text, a live tracking link to follow the progress of my car, and a detailed report that walked through everything clearly. I always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next.

This has been, without question, the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. Exotic Motors runs an incredibly organized and customer focused operation, and Christian’s friendliness, professionalism, and responsiveness made a stressful situation feel completely manageable.

Great repair shop with experience repairing exotic luxury cars. Love that they have images of some of the vehicles they've worked on which gives confidence that they know how to take the care required for high performance vehicles. I had minor body damage repaired on my Tesla Model 3 and was pleasantly surprised that the actual repair cost came in lower than the estimate. I very much appreciated that since for something like this it's better to estimate a little high and be pleasantly surprised rather than the other way around. The detailing work they did as part of the repair was a great touch too which made my car feel even better than when I got it new from the dealership. Although I hope to never need their services again, they would be at the top of my list if I ever did need repairs.
