Only as many as YOU can comfortably maintain weekly. The ain goal in working with TNT Strength is finding a routine you can stick to that's sustainable for your lifestyle. Where I see many people go wrong is set out to train everyday and on weeks where you can only get 3 in, you feel like you've failed yourself or your trainer. We set realistic goals here and make sure you can hit every programmed session and leave feeling better than ever!

Instead, I focus on optimizing your nutrition with the right balance of macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats) based on your current weight &fight weight and training needs. This way, you can make weight safely while maintaining peak performance, repeat effort sprint ability, and overall health. A sustainable approach is always better than extreme dieting!
