I am a Human Resources professional and coach with over 6 years of experience helping people navigate difficult conversations, strengthen engagement, and build self-advocacy skills. I am also the mother of an au-some 10-year-old, which has deepened my belief in advocacy, belonging, and the power of being truly seen. Threaded Space Coaching offers trauma-informed self-advocacy coaching for individuals ready to reclaim their voice, set empowered boundaries, and move from survival to self-led living. Through Threaded Space, I create a supportive environment where people feel accepted, heard, and empowered to show up as their full selves. My mission is to help you move toward the life you want most — with authenticity, confidence, and freedom, whether that means showing up loudly, quietly, or somewhere in between.
