Can I provide my own item to embroider?

Yes! Just get in touch before sending anything. A small handling surcharge applies and please note I can't be held liable for damage to customer-supplied items.

Can I see a sample before you start?

Yes! I always send a mock up photo of your design before embroidering so you can see if you like it.

What is your returns policy?

Because every item is custom made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless there is a fault on my part. Please note I cannot be responsible for errors in spelling or details that were provided incorrectly at the time of ordering, so always double check your personalisation details before confirming!

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from when your deposit is received, however if it is for a special occasion, i reccomend ordering two weeks in advance. Additionally, if it is a large bulk order, this will increase the turnaround time. Need it sooner? Ask me about rush orders.
