We stayed 6 nights at The Beach Pad at Rincón and loved it! The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for the beach — towels, chairs, cooler, all of it. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and close to many restaurants.

The hosts were awesome — really friendly, quick to respond, and made everything easy from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their guests.

Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful!
We stayed there for two nights, and absolutely loved it.  Our place was clean and comfortable.
The location is really nice - less than two minute walk to Sandy Beach (which was nice and uncrowded). A number of decent restaurants are also an easy walk away.
They have a wonderful online guide to everything in the Rincon area - restaurants, things to do, etc - with links to the directions. Very impressed with their whole operation!
They provide everything you need for a nice beach stay - chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.

We just stayed for 5 days at the beach pad and rented the full property, we had the best time! The location was perfect and the hosts were so easy to communicate with. The rooms were clean and have so many little extras (beach towels, chairs, first aid kit, coffee etc) included. The surrounding area is safe and a great place to go with kids. We loved every part of it.
At no fault to The Beach Pad, the bar next door is the only downside at night. Its very loud and if you want to go to bed before midnight earplugs and white noise are very helpful!

We came here for a family trip with adults and had so much fun playing in the ocean, snorkeling climbing and playing with the house cats. It was a great location and we will definitely come back again. The house is well appointed and well designed.

The Beach Pad – Rincón done right
Just got back from a week at The Beach Pad and I’m already looking for excuses to go back. We rented the full property for a group trip and it was exactly what we needed — everything was clean, well-stocked, and honestly just felt put together in a way most vacation rentals don’t.
The location in Rincón is unbeatable. Close to the beach, easy access to food and surf spots, and that small-town Puerto Rico vibe you can’t manufacture. We caught sunsets every night and still haven’t fully come down from it.
What really set this apart: the communication was seamless. Check-in was smooth, everything worked, and any question we had got answered fast. No chasing down a host, no mystery appliances, no “figuring it out” — just showed up and felt at home.
The space itself is thoughtfully designed — not cookie-cutter, not over-decorated. Real beds, good showers, a great outdoor area for the group to hang. Plenty of room without feeling like a hotel.
If you’re planning a group trip to Rincón and want a place that actually delivers on what it promises — book it. We had first-timers in our group who are now hooked on Puerto Rico, and returning guests who said this was their best stay yet.
