First off I just want to express an immense amount of gratitude to Kiara for the work they do. They are incredibly intentional and in tune with my body every time I see them. The body work feels like I am receiving a dance with the universe that I am consensually submitting to. The atmosphere, music and natural events in the rooms completely calms your nervous system and allows you to fully receive the work. I leave feeling grounded and on a cloud. Kiara listens to my needs and takes their time to really work on areas that need attention and also listens to my body and finds areas that I have overlooked. I’m definitely booking again and again. Best body work I’ve ever received!

I have had many massages in my life, and the one performed by Kiara at Spiral Body work was one of the best I've had! The experience involved multiple modalities such as cupping and scraping, along with some stretching and deep tissue work. Kiara cared for my body in a way that was responsive to my individual needs and the particular areas needing attention. I absolutely plan to book again.
