I was in the Telus store at Champlain mall today. Had the best service I have ever had in retail. Jordan set up our account and did a great job explained everything perfectly. Got us a great deal! He deserves great recognition from his team and management. Telus you definitely got an excellent employee. It was an all around pleasant experience and we will now choose this rep for all of our tech needs going forward. Thank you Jordan.

I needed to upgrade my phone and Dion was exceptional. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and patience as I am not tech savvy. He took the time to explain every detail thoroughly ensuring I understood everything involved with the transition to my new phone. He assisted transferring all pertinent data and contacts taking his time to ensure it was done correctly. He reassured me that he was working the next day and if I had any concerns to drop by. I would highly recommend Dion to deal with as he is a true professional and clearly loves customer service. I sincerely hope management recognizes him for his exemplary service.
