What times do you open and close?

Our opening and closing times are as follows: Monday - Thursday: 9am - 9pm* Friday: 9am - 8pm* Saturday: 9am - 1:30pm Sunday: as required, please call for extended hours availability. *Gym facilities will be closed at certain times due to Strode College student lessons.

Is the gym open to the public?

Yes, our gym is open to the public from: Monday - Thursday 5:00 till 9:00pm Friday - 5:00pm till 8:00pm Saturday - 9:00am till 1:30pm Sunday - as required, please call for extended hours availability. Gym facilities will be closed at certain times due to Strode College student lessons.
