I can’t say enough great things about Tara Cassery. She handled both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for Tara Cassery. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Selling our home and buying another at the same time could have been incredibly overwhelming, but Tara made us feel supported, calm, and confident every step of the way. While we were selling our 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, my husband had an extremely demanding work schedule, and Tara stepped in without hesitation to help with so many details. Her beautiful staging brought out the very best in our house, and thanks to her expertise, it sold above asking — something we were thrilled and honestly emotional about. Tara is absolutely outstanding! She did a phenomenal job helping us sell our home in Grafton and buy our new home in Hopkinton in record time — and our situation was far from simple. We actually met Tara in the most unplanned way — we stopped at an open house and later called her to represent us, and from that moment on, she put every single piece together flawlessly. Our purchase was a very last-minute decision, and she made what felt impossible look easy.
